Sandra L. Lewis

Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer

Sandra has been a nurse for over 30 years primarily in the field of Oncology and Primary Care Medicine. She transitioned into Practice Management in 2005 where she was responsible for managing all aspects of a busy Primary Care Practice. Her focus has always been on the patient/physician relationship and she quickly realized that a Concierge type practice helps both the patient and the physician, offering better quality life for both. In 2008 she started helping physicians transition their practice to Membership Based Medicine. Sandra has successfully overseen multiple practice conversions.

Roy Hathcock

Chairman, Board of Directors

Roy L Hathcock has been involved in the healthcare industry as an executive and investor for the past 40 years. He began as a co- founder and CEO of Respiratory Care Services, Inc which established Respiratory Therapy Departments with 130 hospitals nationwide until sold to American Medical, Inc in 1984.

He has been responsible for the establishment of several diversified healthcare services to hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities and patients in their homes. These included Respiratory, Cardiology, Home Medical Equipment, Infusion/Pharmacy and Sleep Labs.

He is currently the Chairman and principle shareholder of SleepEx Acquistion, LLC (LabRetriever) which provides a proprietary Sleep Management Solution to sleep labs on a national basis.

Arnie Hendricks

Arnie has senior level management experience as a CFO for two $30 – $50 million manufacturing companies for 10 years. He then established a consulting practice to provide part time CFO and business planning services for startup companies and medium sized operating companies. For the past 23 years, his consulting services have been provided to over 250 companies. Arnie is a Certified Management Accountant, a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, and a Certified Family Business Advisor.

For the past 15 years, Eric has worked in developing and programming for companies like AOL and Google. Today, he brings the perfect storm of computer knowledge and lighthearted people skills to the marketing team at Private Practice Direct. His degree is in Computer Science, but has a true knack for all things marketing. He specializes in Automated Marketing; keeping metrics close and clients closer to the pulse of Private Practice Direct.

Susan is originally from the Midwest and has migrated to living in the southern states. She is a business owner for over 20 years. Being in a customer service business has made Susan very focused and detail minded. Feeling rewarded working as a health coach, assisting people in reclaiming their health. Susan has been assisting physicians for several years in reclaiming the way they want to practice medicine, allowing them to spend more quality time with their patients. She aids the physicians with converting their practices to direct primary care and/or concierge practices.
Myles B. Conley

Myles B. Conley

Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Myles has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the business banking and healthcare industries. He has extensive experience in business consulting, contract negotiations, and high level relationship management. While working in the banking industry, one of Myles’ top clients was a concierge/direct care startup company. He quickly realized he had a passion for the membership medicine concept.
 
Myles is focused on working with physicians on every detail, before, during, and after their transition to membership based medicine. His ultimate goal is to help make the conversion to membership medicine a downhill slide rather than an uphill battle.
 
Myles graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.  Myles resides in Atlanta, GA and in addition to spending time with his family, Myles fanatically enjoys basketball, politics, and technology.
